Client Success Manager


We are looking to hire an energetic, entrepreneurial Client Success Manager to help keep up with the rapid growth of our Mobile Service Garage business. You will be responsible for helping companies accounts successfully bring Zippity to their campus. Besides helping our clients succeed, this role will build your portfolio with a huge range of skills and experience. You'll gain exposure to a variety of fields within the company like sales, marketing, and operations and you will have the opportunity to be an early employee at a high growth start-up.



  • Client On-boarding: Once a company has decided to partner with Zippity, you will be the leader in getting their site up and running.

    • Help companies set up their onsite operations like Trailer, Parking, and Keyosk Locations, as well as the service schedule.

    • Coordinate with internal communications teams to help announce Zippity at their site.

    • Coordinate and execute onsite Zippity Launch event and Keyosk install  (requires travel).

    • *Expect to travel ~10-20% of your time for onsite events

  • Client Success & Demand Generation: You are responsible for making this site a success, which means helping clients introduce Zippity to their employees, getting employees to use the service, and reporting on engagement.

    • Act as the main point of contact and owner of 20-30 Strategic Zippity accounts.

    • Become the onsite expert for each of your accounts, understanding how their company and campus operate.

    • Put a smile on our clients' faces! Provide them with excellent email and phone support.

    • Provide tools and ideas for supporting their internal marketing efforts.

    • Provide key accounts with monthly engagement reports.

  • Operations:

    • Coordinate between the Zippity Operations team and client to optimize Zippity Mobile Service Garage Schedule.

    • Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on client portfolio to prioritize high performing clients, expansion opportunities, and risk.

    • Bring client-feedback to the team and suggest areas of improvement, then manage the subsequent projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year experience in  Customer Success, Implementation Specialist, Customer On-boarding, Customer Service or Sales/Account management roles.

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

  • The ability to effectively drive a phone conversation

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details

  • High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision

  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity; requires being scrappy

  • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary

  • Bonus: design skills!

Location: Remote, based in Dallas, TX metro area.
