Client Success/Marketing Manager
We are looking to hire an energetic, entrepreneurial Client Success/Marketing Manager to help keep up with the rapid growth of our mobile mechanic business. You will be responsible for helping companies successfully bring Zippity to their campus and you will act as a brand ambassador to help generate customer appointments at each site. Besides helping our clients succeed, this role will build your portfolio with a huge range of skills and experience. You'll gain exposure to a variety of fields within the company like sales, marketing, and operations and you will have the opportunity to be an early employee at a high growth start-up.
Client Onboarding: Once a company has decided to partner with Zippity, you will be the leader in getting their site up and running.
Help companies figure out how Zippity will work at their site — where should the Mobile Service Garage be parked, where should we place the key drop kiosk, what days of the week are best to visit their site.
Work with the company’s internal communications team to help share marketing materials to announce Zippity their employees.
Coordinate and execute a launch event to build awareness about Zippity onsite and generate customer appointments.
Expect to travel (locally) ~30-50% of your time for onsite events.
Marketing: Once we are established at a company, you are responsible for building awareness and generating customer appointments.
Keep service days at your client sites fully booked!
Help plan and run onsite marketing events to drive engagement with Zippity.
Make sure Zippity’s onsite displays are in impeccable condition
Take lead in developing, designing, and executing marketing campaigns in your region to build awareness at your client sites and generate appointments.
Improve upon and create new marketing materials as needed, across all our marketing channels (signage, email campaigns, social media, etc)
Client Success: You are responsible for maintaining a successful partnership with the companies to whom we provide service.
Act as the main point of contact and owner of ~15-25 company accounts.
Become the onsite expert for each of your accounts, understanding how their company and campus operate.
Put a smile on our clients' faces! Provide them with excellent email and phone support.
Provide tools and ideas for supporting their internal marketing efforts.
Provide key accounts with monthly engagement reports.
Coordinate between the Zippity Operations team and client to optimize Zippity Mobile Service Garage Schedule.
What we’re looking for:
1+ year experience in Marketing —> Brand Ambassador, Marketing Associate, Social Media Manager, Field Marketing
Entry level design skills —> Have you designed a social media post or email campaign before? You don’t have to be an adobe expert — just looking for the basics!
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity; requires being scrappy
Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
Location: Boston, MA.
Compensation: Base + Incentive based on performance generating customer appointments.
