Marketing Manager (B2C)


Summary:

We are looking to hire an energetic, entrepreneurial, customer-oriented Marketing Manager to help keep up with the rapid growth of our Mobile Service Garage business. The B2C Marketing Manager is responsible for generating demand for services and increasing adoption at all of Zippity’s service locations. In addition to managing Zippity’s own B2C marketing campaigns, you will collaborate with the Human Resources and Communications teams of our Corporate Partners to provide marketing materials that help them make Zippity a success at their site. This is a unique opportunity to own the consumer marketing channel, gain exposure to a variety of fields within the company (sales, marketing, operations), and be an early employee at a high growth start-up!

 

Responsibilities:

  • B2C Marketing:

    • Responsible for meeting onsite adoption goals at all Zippity service locations (onsite adoption = # of employees using Zippity out of total employee count).

    • Oversee the day-to-day production of email campaigns and email marketing calendar

    • Develop and execute email marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and targeted trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle

    • Use A/B tests to continuously measure and optimize campaign performance

    • Conduct frequent analysis of competitor programs looking for insights around targeting, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing

    • Build expertise and develop expert knowledge of our mobile car maintenance services to deliver great content

    • Make updates to website to improve customer experience and increase conversion

    • Share marketing campaigns across all Zippity channels (social, newsletters, website)

    • Spearhead new marketing initiatives, across digital or traditional platforms that generate demand for Zippity services!

  • Client Success & Operations:

    • Help clients make Zippity a success at their location by providing tools for supporting their internal marketing efforts and increasing adoption of Zippity services

    • Be the main point of contact for 20-50 Zippity Client Accounts

    • Coordinate between Zippity Operations team and client to optimize Zippity Mobile Service Garage Schedule

    • Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on client portfolio to prioritize high performing clients, expansion opportunities, and risk.

    • Bring client-feedback to the team and suggest areas of improvement

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ Years of experience working in email marketing

  • Proven track record of developing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns

  • Experience using email marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Constant contact,etc. and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Strong copywriting/editing skills

  • Light design skills, HTML/CSS skills a plus!

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision

  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity; requires being scrappy

  • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
