Team

Edward Warren, CEO Ed is a former US Air Force Nuclear Weapons Officer. His entrepreneurial background includes Amazon Robotics and Internet of Things start-up, Digital Lumens. In his spare time, Ed can be found building an off-the-grid cabin in New Hampshire, or working on his 1986 Volkswagen Vanagon. Ed has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Kate Hitchner, Marketing Director Prior to Zippity, Kate was a Product Manager at Digital Lumens where she managed the development and marketing of all software products for Digital Lumens’ smart buildings applications. Kate has learned about vehicle maintenance by fixing up her motorcycle and building out the inside of a Mercedes sprinter van (complete with kitchen, bed, desk, and electronics powered by solar panels) which she lived in during a 6 month cross-country road trip.

Henry Ebosh, Head of Operations Henry comes to Zippity with 25 years experience in the automotive industry. He started off as a technician, moved into the parts department and then joined the management team as a Service and parts Director. He has a passion for servicing vehicles and creating a world class customer experience. He and his wife Dawn have 2 beautiful daughters as well as 2 boxers in Nashua, NH.

Max Goldberg, Lead Developer Prior to Zippity, Max was an early member of Zagster - a bike sharing startup - where he led software and hardware product development. Outside of work, he enjoys shooting 35mm slides on a Canon AE-1 and riding his stable of bicycles. Max is a graduate of Dartmouth College.

Nico Donato, Customer Experience Coordinator Nico graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology where he majored in Business Management and was captain of the basketball team. Outside of school, Nico has always been passionate about cars. He owned 7 different cars before the age of 25, has been a salesman at Mercedes Benz, and started his own car detailing business. Now he brings his passion and expertise to the Zippity team to provide high quality service to our customers.
